30% Stock Dividend - Megawide Construction Corporation (MWIDE)
The Board of Directors of Megawide Construction Corporation (MWIDE) approved the declaration of stock dividends equivalent to 30% of the total issued and outstanding shares of stock with par value of P1.00 each to be taken from the unrestricted retained earnings as of December 31, 2012 to stockholders of record as of July 19, 2013 and payable on August 14, 2013. Ex Date on July 16, 2013.
