The Board of Directors of Cebu Air, Inc. (CEB) approved the declaration of regular cash dividends in the amount of Php1.00 per share and special cash dividends of Php1.00 per share to stockholders of record as of July 17, 2013 and payable on August 12, 2013. Ex- Date on July 12, 2013.
